Journey of a Quilter

Monday was my Pink Ladies class at Christmas Goose. The Pink Ladies meet the first Monday each month to work on various stitchery projects. The Journey of a Quilter designed by Leanne Beasley was last year's project. I just got Journey back from Andrea who long arm quilted it. I love it!!

This was a fun and enjoyable stitchery quilt to work on because every block reminded me that making a quilt is a journey. Sometimes it is a smooth sailing journey and sometimes I hit rough waters...like when I make a mistake and have to pick out more than I sew.

The last photo expresses how I feel when the binding is complete!! Time to celebrate!!

Piece & love,
Dawn
