My irises have started to bloom. I love this rich purple showy flower. We had terrible winds yesterday. Therefore, my irises look a little beat up! But aren't they gorgeous? Another benefit of spring!!
Here was my sneak peek of my spring project! Swanky by Moda has spring written all over it!!
Here is my completed project!! Back to Charmed and Dangerous by Heather Mulder Peterson. I heart this book!!
Thank you Dancer for being my quilt hanger!!
Piece & love,

I agree...Very Springy...and a very good job;)
Gorgeous quilt... and I say the same about Spring... and with all the snow at my place..its more than welcome...with its freshness!!!
Love your Irises..:o)
Yes indeed....I see a spring time quilt! I loaded my small Swanky on the longarm today...hopefully will post a finish soon!
Your quilt turned out cute, but your daughter is even cuter!
Your pinwheel quilt is lovely and fresh and spring, as is the one on this post too. My dad, when he was still able, grew the most beautiful irises. He had all kinds and would order bulbs whenever he spied a new variety. Unfortunately he is in a nursing home with Parkinsons, Diabetes and a stroke giving his body a hard time. But I can't look at an Iris without thinking of all his beautiful gardens and it brings tears to my eyes. The University I work at came and transplanted many of his flowers to the campus and they bloom in full glory this time of year.
Yes, I love Fall but so appreciate and relish Spring after an Ohio winter. Swanky screams spring.
Lovely quilt and so are your irises. I have some growing, just the leaves so far. We are supposed to have frost this week. I am afraid what they will look like afterward.
I love Chez Moi and their designs! Beautiful quilt!!
Ooooh, very, very pretty! Definitely looks like spring!
I love how the quilt turned out. I have that book also but have yet to make anything from it.
Enjoy Spring!
